Who we are
RSLBot is run by Fernandel. For any question about your data, send a private message to Fernandel on the RSLBot Discord server.
Data we collect
Account: username, email address and account identifier. If you link Discord: your Discord user ID and name.
Licenses and purchases: license keys, purchases and payment references. Your card or PayPal details are handled by Stripe and PayPal and never reach us. For Bitcoin: the order reference and the transaction ID.
License checks sent by the bot: license key, bot version, a random usage ID and the time of the last check, used to show licenses in use and to detect a license running on two computers.
Support: messages you post in the RSLBot Discord support channels.
Why we use it
To run your account and licenses, process payments, prevent license sharing and fraud, and answer your support requests.
Service providers
Hetzner (servers in Germany), Cloudflare (website hosting and protection), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Discord, Google Analytics (visit statistics) and Anthropic, whose AI reads support channel messages to prepare RSL Support's answers.
We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase data are kept while your account exists and as long as accounting rules require. The last license check is kept for 24 hours. Data from the previous RSLBot server is kept in a private archive, only to answer account and license requests.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by private message on Discord. An account is first deactivated so that its licenses can be restored, then permanently deleted if you ask for it.
Cookies
The website uses a cookie to remember your language and keeps your session in your browser. Google Analytics measures visits. There are no advertising cookies.
