About RSLBot
RSLBot is an independent automation tool for RAID: Shadow Legends. It is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by Plarium. RAID: Shadow Legends and Plarium are trademarks of their owners. These terms cover the rslbot.com website, the RSLBot software, its licenses, the community portal and the RSL Support assistant on Discord.
Acceptance
By creating an account, buying a license or using RSLBot, you accept these terms.
Your account
You need an RSLBot account to get and use licenses. Keep your password and license keys private: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Licenses
A license gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use RSLBot for its tier and duration. A license runs on one computer at a time.
Sharing or reselling a license, or bypassing the license checks, can lead to its revocation without refund.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal or Bitcoin. A license that has never been used can be refunded on request on Discord within 14 days of purchase, minus the payment provider fees, which are not refundable. A license already used by the bot is not refundable, and an action taken by Plarium against your game account does not entitle you to a refund.
Plarium's rules apply
Your RAID account remains subject to Plarium's terms of use, which you accepted when creating it. These terms govern the use of third-party software and allow Plarium to take action against an account (warning, suspension, ban). Using RSLBot on your account is your choice.
Use at your own risk
We work to make RSLBot as safe as possible, but we control neither Plarium's detection nor its decisions, which can change at any time. An action against your account can therefore happen, even with normal use. Follow the rules of RAID and never combine RSLBot with tools that speed up battles or modify game data.
Liability
RSLBot is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, RSLBot is not liable for the consequences of an action taken by Plarium against your game account, such as the loss of progress, champions, resources or in-game purchases. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license concerned. These terms do not reduce the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.
RSL Support
The RSL Support assistant answers automatically on Discord and can make mistakes. Complex questions are forwarded to the RSLBot team.

These terms can change; the date above shows the current version. For any question, write in the #general-chat channel of the RSLBot Discord server, open to everyone: join the server with the invitation link below, then open #general-chat.
